It is not the same as a few years ago,

Sadness, worry invade my dreams,

Losing myself from the world and fleeing to another place.

 

My joys, my sadness speaks a lot about me,

I love to live, dream and laugh.

I discovered that being happy is not having everything

It is to be able to learn and live with everything.

 

Sometimes I feel empty, and I lose my breath,

The heat and fear invade my being, feeling vulnerable and unhappy,

Deep inside of me, you don't want to give up and

You want to be happy so you can live.

 

Inside of me, I don't want to be like the weather

I want to be stable and not changeable,

I smile when I have a problem and also when

I feel happy because what I want is to be light,

Anyway, this is me and I love myself as I am.

Just because I know almost everything doesn't mean I'm going to be smarter.

Just because I'm creative doesn't mean I'll get good grades in my classes.

And it doesn't mean that I will be better than other people.

 

Just because you work doesn't mean you have a lot of money.

Just because you are a woman doesn't mean that you cannot pay your debts.

Just because I'm sleeping late doesn't mean I'm doing my job wrong.

Just because you are my friend does not mean that you can visit me every day.

 

Just because I laugh. It doesn't mean that I am happy.

Just because I cry doesn't mean something hurts.

Just because I'm talking to you doesn't mean I like you.

Just because I look at you doesn't mean I am talking about you.

Why should I be how others want?

Why can't I do what makes me happy?

Why not being able to smile without being criticized?

 

Just because I am like this. It  doesn't  mean that people can point to me.
