Based on the article entitled “Ethical Behavior Differs among Generations”, there are 4 generation group; Traditionalist, Baby Boomers, Gen X workers and Gen Y workers or Millennials. Every generation have their own positive and negative traits. In our opinion, for generation Y, they don’t just accept everything their parents, teachers and leaders say to them. Instead they ask for facts to back up information, statistics and advice offered to them. Although they depends on their smartphones and computers to much in-place of personal interaction, they do seem to be more connected to a larger group of people, even they do not communicate face to face.

my comment: All the video provided are very interesting and give we a lot of benefits.

However, one or two video are good enough.

Besides, the article also help us to understand more about the Geny-Y itself.

Gen-Y have their pros and cons, therefore they have to be guided by old generation because

they are the future of the world.
