Why?
They don't have a solid agenda. Why?
Because employees don't have a place to decide what relevant topics of discussion and current workplace issues are based off their work in the field.

Having meetings through Skype could help the team to feel less bogged down as they don't have to go through the hassle of getting prepared and going to an actual meeting room so much. This can also allow for less formal and more brief meetings.

Another idea would be creating a facebook page for the company where employees could post things they think need to be talked about in order to create a relevant agenda for discussion during meetings in order to condense time spent at meetings. At the same time the company could post to the page to give employees notice of tedious reminders to avoid repeatedly giving them at meetings. They could then just mention during the meeting that employees should look at the information on the post on their own time after the meeting.

Waking Up Inc. will implement the new facebook strategy using a Network Diagram to explain what is appropriate to post to the page as well as discussing what will be discussed at meetings and what will be posted to the facebook page. For example questions regarding the merging of how operations will go during the merging Waking Up Inc. and another wellness company they acquired will be discussed during the in person meeting; whereas the information for the new healthcare plan will all be included in a link on the facebook page and you can speak with HR about it if you have any questions as not to take up meeting time.
