         <description><![CDATA[<div>There two ways of  comunications between the navigating bridge, propulsion-machinery room.<br>It provides immediate comunication between engine room and bridge for exemple for speed or direction of trusts.<br>Important function is the "public address system" oprated for alarms in case of emergency, or fire on board.<br>Internal comunication are also mede up with radio telephony (RT) with VHF.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>It opeates worldwide and be available to all ships and maritime countries.<br>The IMO and ITU regulate it worlwide and its main mean is the VHF radio. It oprates with very high frequency between 156 MHz and 174 MHz. It conteins 56 channels, mumbered from VHF CH 1 to VHF CH28 and from VHF CH 60 to VHF CH 88.<br>Channel 16 is for distress.<br>Channel 13, 15, 17 is for internal comunication.<br>Channel 70 is for digital selective calling (DSC).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Marines need to be able to comunicate with other ship of other nationality to send and recive data from and to ashore. They must be precise, simple and unambiguos to avoid misundestanding. The IMO standarized safety language and it is adopted in November 2001. Cadet Officers need to be able to undestand and use the SMCP. The main purpose is to facilitate the english lenguage between other nationality into the crew too.<br>It often omits the words the, a/an, is/are and contract forms. It is divided into PART A and PART B. The first tells about the external comunication phrases, the PART B tells about the on board comunication phrases.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When you speak over the radio you must speak clearly and slowly, not shout because causes distortion, tell in full the phrase and answere in full the phrase. contracted forms are avoided and also may/might/should/could. Can is only used to doing something and not to ask permission. Must is used for an istruction and you should answere with will/will not that expresses an intention.<br>For a ripetition say: "Say again + the phrase you would repete"<br>For a mistake say: "Mistake + Correction + the phrase corrected"</div>]]></description>

It trasmits MSI (Maritime Safety Information) which are the warnings, weather forecat, urgent distress,medical  advices.<br>*SAR* These are search and rescue and anti-pollution operation.<br>*Inter-ship* These channel are used for radio comunication between shipsat sea. channel 13 is specific for comunications of safety navigation <br>*Aero-SAR* Comunication between ships and aircraft station engaged with SAR operation<br>*DSC Distress, Urgency, Safety, &amp; Routine Alerting* VHF CH 70 is exclusively available for it only. It's an automatic call and no voice comunication is possible.<br>*RT Distress, Urgency, Safety &amp; Routine calling* CH 16 is exclusively available for it, RT allows voice comunications.
