         <title>Words in the text: compound adjectives.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Compound adjectives consist of two words joined by a hyphen (-). It formed by an adverb ending in -ly + adjective (for example badly run) usually do not have a hyphen when they come before the noun that they describe. They never have a hyphen when they come after the noun. A good trick to know when to put a hyphen is:&nbsp;</div><ul><li>If you can use the word “and” between the two adjectives or words, then a hyphen isn't necessary.&nbsp;<em>For example: She has a big blue book.</em></li><li>If it doesn't sound correct we will need a hyphen to join the words.&nbsp;<em>For example: He is a world famous singer.</em></li></ul><div>Examples of words with compound adjectives:<br><strong>- Badly-run:&nbsp;</strong>something bad managed.</div><blockquote>For example: "The company you work for is badly run.
