Edit Request are when the admin unlocks the application for applicant to submit any requested documentation that was not upload or incorrect upon submission of the application 

Conduct desk audit of application
1. Review upload documents to determine if they meet the requirements

Move application to the next level.
New Certification Applications - schedule site visits
Recertification Applications - Approve  recertification 

Conduct site visit.  After site visit is completed, update any comments about the application the application is then sent to Certification Committee for review with recommendation for the cert staffer .

During the Desk Audit if it is determined that all documents are not uploaded an email must be sent to the applicant.  The status of the application must be changed to Edit Requested to unlock the application for the applicant to upload requested documentation. 
As part of daily activity, the admin reviews the application queue to determine if any Edit Requested application have changed and applicant has uploaded requested information. If requested information is uploaded, then application moves to the next level.
