The penis is a male organ of intercourse. There are three parts to it

Root:

this is the part of the penis that is attached to the wall of your abdomen.

Body:

The penis body, shaped like a tube or cylinder, consists of three internal chambers. There is a special, sponge-like erectile tissue inside these chambers, which contains thousands of large spaces that are filled with blood. As the penis fills with blood when sexually aroused, it becomes rigid and erect, which allows for penetration during sex. The skin of the penis is loose and elastic, allowing for changes in penis size during an erection.

Glans:

This is the end of a penis that is shaped like a cone. A thin layer of skin called foreskin covers the glans. A procedure known as circumcision is used to remove this tissue. At the tip of the glans penis is the opening of the urethra, the tube that transports both sperm and urine out of the body. The penis also contains a lot of sensitive nerve endings. When a man reaches an orgasm, Semen which contains sperm is ejaculated through the end of the penis. The flow of urine from the urethra is blocked when the penis is erect, allowing only semen to be ejaculated during orgasm.

The soft pouch-like sac of skin that hangs behind the penis is known as the scrotum. It contains the testicles and a number of nerves and blood vessels. The scrotum both covers and regulates the temperature of the testicles. The testicles should be kept at a temperature that is slightly cooler than body temperature for human sperm growth. The scrotum's wall contains special muscles that allow it to tighten and relax, allowing the testicles to move closer to the body for warmth and protection or further away for cooling.

Oval organs known as the testicles lie in the scrotum which are protected at either end by a structure known as the spermatic cord. Most men usually have two testicles. The testicles are responsible for producing sperm and producing testosterone, the main male sex hormone. Seminiferous tubules are coiled masses of tubes found inside the testicles. Using a process known as spermatogenesis, these tubules are crucial in producing sperm cells

On the backside of each testicle is where the epididymis, a long coiled tube is found. It transports and holds sperm cells created in the testicles. The epididymis is also responsible for maturing sperm, as sperm that emerge from the testes are immature and unable to fertilize. Cramps drive sperm into the vas deferens during sexual arousal.
