I also follow Dwayne Reed on Twitter - @TeachMrReed. I want to have an insight into the challenges my diverse students face each day and I want to be more aware of them and how I react. I do follow Amy Lemons and Sparkling in Second Grade on IG for ideas too. I like to see what other teachers are doing and creating in their classrooms. 
I did just buy a book based on the suggestion of one of the educators I follow. The title is "The Day You Begin" by Jacqueline Woodson. I can't wait to share it with my new students this year.

It is incredibly helpful. A very dense book that I had to slow down and digest. I feel like I could go back through and re-read it today and find so many new ideas/angles to try. I just got finished reading Brene Brown's book titled "Dare to Lead" and can be applied  both professionally and personally.  I occasionally listen to her podcasts, although not directly related to teaching she does offer some excellent insights.
