So, it’s really important that we master this skill. You should hold your pencil at the bottom, just above the sharpened end. Your thumb and pointer should be pressed together on top of the pencil and it should rest on your middle finger. Please send me a photo of holding your pencil  and I will give you feedback. It just looks like you are resting the pencil on you ring finger rather than your middle finger. Since you ring finger is weaker than your middle finger, this will strain your wrist. Try to rest the pencil on your middle finger and send another photo.
