         <description><![CDATA[<div>My database will be CINAHL.&nbsp;<br>First i identify the key words in the topic. With this topic the key words I will use are Mental illness and stigma. I will then look at words which mean the same as the key words. For mental illness i might use mental health problems as an alternative.&nbsp;<br>I will then type the mental illness in in inverted commas as the first key word and then Stigma as my second key word.<br>I will then do the search.
