* Once deployment owner initiates the communication, he becomes owner of it and others need not be included in the communication?? (not even in CC???)
* When there is an issue, deployment owner needs to be communicated and if needed he/she will coordinate with others (QA/BA/Client/Oleg/PM-DM)

2. Less number of meetings between Friday (code freeze) & Monday (pre-prod deployment) and Tuesday (e.g. grooming meetings, APAC, LDAP connection strings). We had grooming meetings on Monday. May be one of the reasons for late deployment. If possible, meetings early (before stand up) or late afternoon of the day.
