Any kind of bigotry would not be allowed - freedom of speech does not cover hate speech and schools are allowed to limit freedom of speech. It also glossed over issues and misrepresented them. 

To do better, actually try to make the lessons look genuine and less corporate. If you're going to teach about systemic racism, then actually do it.
