<title>We agree that the media in Georgia today is at war to protect their rights and disseminate objective information. Opponents are both local authorities and Russia (their interests and strategy often coincide) Like conventional warfare, information warfare is much more effective and has fewer losses in small groups, targeted combat. For example, sinking one giant warship is much easier for the enemy and more unprofitable for us than destroying many small warships - the same is true in the media field, instead of investing in one big media outlet, it is better to have many small media outlets. Therefore, there is a need for start-ups: creating new and innovative possibilities of creating new valuable and easy channels for distribution of information - be it tiny media outlets, bloggers, citizen journalists... Here we need to think of a valuable partner and innovative methodology. But at the same time we should not abandon the traditional media - they need funding for content production and advice on new formats, techniques.</title>
