I agree, I use my phone too much and I do nothing else all day and I don’t even know why. But looking at followers and likes doesn’t have any interest for me, because I don’t want to be present in social media yet bc of my privacy.

I understand this so much! Every single day I’m thinking about this during I’m scrolling on TikTok or something! I think social media killed social parts of us and nearby everyone have to deal with hate or so many other things. It’s just not fair and healthy.

That´s a nice Essay you wrote there ! I think you expressed how a lot of people are feeling,although I think that in most cases it’s not that dramatic. I mean obviously a lot of people are constantly on their phones texting or watching videos , but not 24 hours a day. Try to protect yourself from being dependent on your phone!

I agree with this statement to a certain point. These phones are kinda ruining our social life. The permanent anxiety to be famous to have likes and followers definitely doesn’t scream a healthy mindset. Nevertheless I still think that social media or our phone itself gives those people the power who think they are not worth it such people as introverts or people who get bullied at school. Social media can be a place where people can feel special for the first time or a place to escape reality.
