Although somehow she miraculously survived. She alone walked out from the chamber seemingly unaffected. She still is amazed by this today

Turgel started by the invasion of Poland. She was among the first captured. She was a Jewish Ghetto in Krakow. Her brothers were quick to rebel against the powerful Nazi rule there, and it was there that they were lost to the Nazis. She was later sent to a concentration camp, and then moved to Auchwitz where she survived testing from the Angel of Death himself. As though that wasn't enough she also survived a gassing in the gas chamber. She then survived the Death March and was eventually liberated by British soldiers, one of which she married.
