I am currently reading The Bell Bandit by Jacqueline Davies. I am on page 103 in the book.

 I am at the part where Jessie and maxwell are looking for the bell. I think maxwell’s family took it because he knew the exact date and time the bell was tooken.

At the time when Jessie and maxwell were looking for the bell, Evans grandma was taking a walk. Evan was looking for his boots so he could keep track of his grandma. He couldn’t find his boot and after five Minutes he found it and rushed to the back door, but his grandma was already gone. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

I found out that maxwell did take the bell, becuse mrs.joyce was in the hospital for a while, and he didn’t want the boys Jeff and Mike to take it. Jessie wanted to know why he didn’t tell her.

Dear readers,
     I am currently reading The Girl In The Locked Room by Mary Downing Hahn. I am on page 82 in the book. I’m at the part where Jules and her mom are on a picnic. Jules is always moving becuse of her dads job. She wishes she could just stay in one place so she doesn’t need to make new friends every two months. The girl that is in the locked room has been there for over 100 years. She wants someone to free her, and she wants a family again. She sees Jules one day and wants to be her friend. Then one day Jules is digging outside and find lots of china dolls. The girl is watching her. Then she sees her dig up a key. She knows it is the one to unlock her room. The girl wispers as if she was the dolls. Jules  herd a doll speak and got scared and put them back in the hole. The girl wonders if Jules herd her. Then one day Jules was having a picnic and she saw a girl making a clover chain. She had done some research about people that lived in the town when it was not abandoned. She saw a family. There was a girl named Lilly. She knew that the girl making the clover chain had to be Lilly. They went to the art museum and she saw a girl making a clover chain. Then  she realized she still had the key.
     I think this book relates to The Forgotten Girl becuse the girl in the locked room is forgotten. Also because Jules is trying to save Lilly or who she thinks is Lilly, and In the other book these two kids are trying to save the forgotten girl. I really like this book so far and I would recommend it. I’m wodering if Jules is going to save Lilly or not.

At the end Jules and masie go into the house and walk up the stairs slowly masie is regretting the idea of getting the girl. Then they get to the top of the stairs and hear the galloping of horses.
