Dancing makes me feel relaxed and happy.

They are also very fun to watch on TV, seeing them go as fast as they can and go as high as possible of jumps.

There is also another type of riding called free style witch is where they do cool tricks off fmx ramps.

Even just riding in your back yard can be fun, you can have even more fun with Friends. You can race them, or just ride around

Seeing beautiful scenery outside my window or meeting and talking with new and interesting people spurs me to write. I'd much rather write in poetry than in prose. Poetry just looks and sounds delightful!

Instead of taking pictures of people, places, and things I find engaging, I compose a poem about them. Whereas once you take a picture it's unchanging, I frequently edit and revise my past poems. As my life continues, I find new perspectives on these past memories. So many of the new experiences I'm having today alter my thoughts and feelings about my past.

For me, the best thing about writing poems is their ability to change over time. For instance, I have many poems about my mother, the relationship we grew, and the wonderful times we had. As I've grown older, I looked at those poems and as the feelings I expressed in their first writing have evolved and become deeper. While I keep all of a poem's drafts, each new draft is a composition all its own. My poems, like my memories, are dynamic.

Others can keep their videos and still pictures to review. I'd much rather reflect on my kaleidoscopic poems. They're my natural high!

Sports are my natural high because they give you a certain rush feeling depending on what the sport is, competitive sports are the best in my opinion because they give you a reason why to win or at least try.

Lastly, sports keep your blood flowing and keeps your body nice and healthy.

when I am having a bad day or stresed or overwhelmed I just go outside and act the ball is something I hate and kick it as hard as I can for a little bit until I'm ready to go back inside. the thing about soccer is you can play in your house like dribbling the ball around the house which I do every day. soccer might seem boring on the TV which people think and I will say sometimes it is but when your watching the game in person its much better the atmosphere and the fans and the games. one day I dream to make it to pro and play in a stadium with 60,000 people watching under the lights in the champions league final and I score the winning goal and everyone goes crazy right now I'm foucsing on trying to get in to a professional accdemy and I'm not far off.

New seasons and weapons come out all the time. That is what keeps people playing the game. You can also change your skin, back bling, glider, pickaxe, and eventually shoes!

Fortnite also has gift cards called V-Bucks which you can purchase and use to buy different stuff in the game. Fortnite is a great video game to play when you are mad or sad or anything you are feeling because you can take your rage out on other players and get a victory royale!

Fortnite is the best video game ever and it is my natural high!

I like the dirt bike community because it has people that help you out and don't want to compete but have a good time in a race then there are people that are the most competitive people ever where if there is a race then there already at it and on the podium. there are also people who do it to entertain like Travis pestrana and the nitro circuses or people on YouTube.

But the best part of riding dirt bikes is this thing called "Throttle Therapy" which is when you ride a dirt bike all of your troubles melt away and the bike feels light and you feel like you're levitating and when you have a race at you're house its even funnier.

Being out on the field is intense. You always have someone trying to take the ball from you but when you get a goal it's a great feeling.

Soccer also makes me highly competitive. When my team is losing I push myself to try my hardest to get back in the game. The feeling of winning is enough to make my day much better.

I find soccer brings me peace of mind and I hope everyone finds something that gives them the same feeling as I done when I'm playing soccer.

Like there is this one game I LOVE and it is called Forza Horizon 5 it is a racing game and I love racing and in the game I can

collect all sorts of different car brands.

I like to race and explore in the game. The game is huge and there are huge amounts of race tracks and different side quests to

do.

They even have my favorite car a Dodge charger and you can customize your cars so much to upgrading your car part to getting different raps or paints on your car.

And I have been trying to collect all of the Lamborghini's in the game. There are 30 and I have got 17 of them so far.

To sum it up this game brings me a lot of joy when playing it and it is fun.

Dance gives me the chance to do something physically, yet be in my own head. As soon as I step into my studio, my mind clears out all outside thoughts. I can only focus on how much fun I have.

Although some people may disagree, I believe that dance is a sport is some aspects. Dance requires balance, agility, and teamwork which are all needed in other sports.

Dance also gives the opportunity for good connections with other people. Over the years that I have danced, I formed bonds with a lot of my friends out of school. Although there is an age difference, dance connects us.

Basketball is my natural high because the adrenaline pump when you're running up and down the court and blocking the ball from people.

When I first started I did not even know the rules of the sports but after a long time I found out what the rules where and know that I know the rules I Have been wrestling for years now and it clears my mind of the thing around me and some stress with thing I have to do later

I have been trying to get better and better with each practice I started with one team then found team that was better and more acceptance of me and now I have been wrestling not just for fun but to get better and try to get into the sport in high school almost every chance I get I go to the events I's do private lessons with coach's I whet on national team it has helped he stay active meat great friends that I meat up with on the weekends

One of the most influence moments is when when I got invited to go on nation team to Virginian and I won 2 at my state tournament for youth and almost won first but lost just short of my title of first place title

my natural high is playing fornite because when I playing I'm in the zone. I love playing Fornite with Morgan priestly because we clip a lot of people. I also love meeting a lot of random stanters like l meet this one person his name was rowdy! he's really nice and we bond a lot !!!

Fornite make me feel great becucaise I'm just worried about winning or not I will also upload a video of me playing!!!

when I am dancing it pushes all my stress away and I have no worries. I am also grateful for some of my friends for encouraging me to do dance.

My natural high is soccer because whenever I make a good play it makes me feel excited. When I am feeling down, tired, or out of it, it keeps me going knowing I have soccer practice later. Soccer has a way to shift my mood from sad to happy or tired to full of energy. Soccer also gives me a chance to be competitive in a whole other way. It also allows me to hang out with friends and make new friends as well .

For soccer, my goal is to play as long as I can, I am not looking to go professional, just looking to have fun and make new friends.

Soccer helps me stay healthy and fit because it keeps me physically strong, because it is required to run around the field and have good foot skills. Soccer also requires quick thinking because you need to who to pass it to and when to pass it.

One of the best parts of soccer is the people you meet. When your on a team, there is a variety of people that you meet.

To conclude, soccer is my natural high because it is fun and challenging.

I started playing baseball when I was five and took a break while moving houses for about four years. I continued playing when I was nine and I still play every year (this season starts in spring). I went from being very bad, when I was five, to being somewhat good. My favorite fielding position is catcher, even though my coaches all favor their kids. I like catching the most because, to be completely honest, I don't like the amount of stress induced when the ball is hit to me. I also like catcher because I am involved in every play.

When I am playing baseball I feel better and forget about everything bad happening in my life like school (no offence). When I win a game I am more focused in school for the next couple days. When I lose, I don't focus at school and feel like misbehaving.

My teammates last season (spring 2023) could not deal with being down just two runs. They would always say things like "Dude we suck so much." This would get all the other teammates upset, but not me, I would try to cheer everyone up. Most of the time it worked and we all played much better.

Baseball helps me stay healthy and not get too lazy (too late). Baseball also gives me something to do other than sit on the couch and watch TV for the rest of the day.
