The people use excessive force to impose their law system. North Korea's law system consists of personal restrictions , internet restrictions , and religious restrictions. Many people in North Korea are being brainwashed because they were constantly being told that if they don't obey the rules they will be murdered.

This country had very many strict rules. Some rules were state - sanctioned haircuts and the government deciding who gets to live in the capital. The death penalty is in effect in North Korea and many crimes may get the death penalty. The crimes that can get the penalty are murder , rape , robbery , and vandalism. North Korea has something called the "3 generations of punishment" rule meaning if one person is convicted of a serious crime and sent to a prison camp their immediate family can also be sent with them.
