         <description><![CDATA[<p>To me, an archive is more or less a collection of historical “sources” —that being anything (objects, letters, newspapers, photographs, etc.) pertaining to a specific period, person, topic etc. Someone would go to an archive in pursuit of learning about one of these and hope to be presented with a robust and organized ‘collection’ of said sources as opposed to say, searching for something on the internet and trying to parse through a sea of unrelated websites and information in pursuit of specific primary sources. </p>]]></description>
