We worked well together and have made significant progress in the design period
Things to do in the future a new name finish design build and present code poster ect it’s name is the marine life saver it has a hat with a camera on it, solar panel animal sound machine and a fore field
9th of the 5th
Today our group made great progress including a puppet show and a presentation
All in one we were also a bit off task but managed to sort it out. We also had a lot of arguments in the last block madly asha and paddy were dancing.
14th of the 5th
Well our group significantly got some nice pieces for the marine life saver and worked well as a team and made good choices and worked better than last sessions I think that our group has worked well and had any agreements.

Today was our best working day yet no arguments and we got along well the only bad thing was that haha you thought I would say something bad but no it was absolutely awesome congrats to Kiera though for having good ideas for our script!!! We weren’t off task we worked really well. We copied our research and pasted it onto our scripted. We were a bit noisy but we consontrated well, we will try to be less noisy next time. WE WERE NOT OF TASK and that is finally good!!!!! !

Today we made progress on deciding what our machine will be able to do. We are working on our name, and so far we have M.R.E (Making Renewable Energy). We will soon be working on our final design (hopefully). We have worked extremely well together and we all agreed on the an idea. We are all excited for what’s coming!!!

Today we made a tiny bit of progress. We were all working on our design (mostly on the Ipad). We came up with a lot of awesome ideas! We haven’t all agreed on a design as they are all very great.

We finished our final design a few days ago and it was awesome! We started researching 2 days ago and we found a lot of interesting facts. We are nearly finished researching and we are doing a puppet show for our presentation. We are starting the show very soon. We are hoping to finish our research and start our puppet show. That’s it for today, good luck other groups!

We had an awesome day today! We finally agreed on a final presentation but it wasn’t easy. IT WASNT ORIGINAL. So we changed it and AGAIN, wasn’t “Original”. We were frustrated and Mrs Johnstone noticed that and called us over. She gave us an awesome idea and we all agreed to it. Brandon, Mason and Ethan were all over it but Levi and Izzy weren’t. Izzy and Levi finally agreed and the day ended happily. ._. Group Padlet by Levi, Brandon, Izzy, Mason and Ethan.

Today we didn’t make much progress but we made a little. Most of the time we were gathering materials for our build. We found a LOT of useful things and we are DEFINITELY using! We are having a lot of trouble finding a sphere for our design. We are thinking of cutting a basketball and using that. Mason and I (Levi) were pulling parts off a computer base with a hammer and screw. We stopped because it was dangerous. We haven’t decided when to do our presentation but we are making a few ideas. We are researching which balls to cut in half for our build. That’s kinda it for today (._.) And we are hoping for more progress tomorrow! ._. ^_^
P.S I Think Our Group Has The Biggest Padlet :D

We started to rehearse our presentation and we’ll it WENT COMPLETE WRONG! It was crazy we tried like 33 times, but we will make sure we get it right. We do understand though, that it can be hard to not laugh when someone mucks up. Any-way we are going to set a goal and get it right, and are glad that we atlases got the costumes done.

We had a lot of trouble naming our creation and we still can’t decide between 2 of them. We achieved a draft to our design and planned exactly what our creation was and how it would protect itself. We also discovered how our creation would be powered, and trust me it’s quite unique. We also named our intelligent robot bird Lucky.

Today T.S.T.T.S started our final drafts of Lucky and T.E.A.M(our other robot)
We wrote some materials we will need to make our creation when we are up to building. We named 7 hamsters. YAY!!
We also worked well designing and drawing. T.S.T.T.S made some changes to improve our creation.

Our group worked really well. We finished the script and rehearsed A LOT! We also filmed quite a bit of our presentation through a play and iMovie.

Today we worked on our build. We started making Lucky and the hamsters.
We made Deputy Jack, Drake, Steve and Felices. Lucky at first was a DISASTER . It looked hideous! He looked as bad as the pollution we are trying to get RID OF! Then we gave her a trim and a makeover and then she looked better. We worked well.

Today we finished filming the 1st presentation and almost finished the information PowerPoint. We went to the playground to film to scenes. Joy was a seal and she went down the slide to make it look like she was being set free. It was hilarious. Today we worked well and had a great day. After lunch we have choir which means Joy is the ONLY one building. We hope we can skip choir. We also hope that we can carve the football to look like a submarine.

Our group today figured out that our robot possum was going to be run by electricity.
2/5/2018:
Today we changed our possum idea and we have a normal robot. There is a drone called Boxxy Drone, and there is three Jeffabots that pick up loose paper. Our robot now is powered by solar panels.

Today our group searched up a few things it will really helped with our building.

Today we got most of our building done we built the Jeffer bots and boxxy drone and we have started Bolker we are getting there.

Our group found out today that if we pick up pollution we can’t leave pollution.
We all worked well together to get this design finished.
We gave our robot an awesome name it is called........ The Rubbish Fisher!!!!
Today we have learnt that there is another robot today that is doing the same job as our robot but we have made it better than the other robot.

Today our group worked well together. We all drew ideas of our design. Everyone agreed on Jaydens design. Our group named it the future buggy. We decided a boat would work, but we decided to change back to the original way we were going to do it which was a land buggy that would go around the city etc and clean up all the rubbish. We have worked well together today and we really want to start our build today.

Today we finished our PowerPoint presentation and we started our build. It is looking good and it will have a fan on the bottom of the drone that will hopefully lift up. It is coming along well.

17th may
Today we worked ok together, but we had a couple of students of task a little. A couple were arguing little bit. Our group needs to be on task a little bit more. We will enjoy building our drone this afternoon

Today we all were practicing our presentation for our sustainability and Oliver had a GREAT idea for a bone mic it was AMAZING we just got some stirofome and a plastic pole and WALLA ITS DONE and we all thought that our practice for our presentation went PERFECTLY!

Today our group worked well. We made great progress throughout our STEAM unit. Today we worked on the Power Point and we are all most finished.

One person was not concentrating on the reflection, instead they were working on an iMovie, interfering with someone else, on seesaw, writing on the table and talking to Siri. There were two people in our group mucking around. They weren’t helping at all. Mostly we were good, but sometimes we got carried away and got off task. To decide our group name we thought of what part of the earth we were focusing on, which was the ocean, the first letters of our names also went into the name too. One particular person kept talking about a very naughty person and taking other peoples iPads. For our design everyone thought of something they really wanted to put on it, and we put all of those things on it as well as things we agreed on as a group. At the start of researching everyone was on task, but at the end when we didn’t have anything to do, we did other things that were required to do (not necessarily in sustainability time). At the beginning of the scratch we were all drawing backgrounds and characters. Some people had to code a slide and others gave them ideas. When we started building, it was frustrating, because one person forgot to bring stuff in! It was really fun paper máching because the mixture was gloopy. Everyone learnt lots about sustainability and maintaining a healthy Earth. We all had lots of fun working together on the project, we want to do it again. One person was sometimes making mean comments on us. One person sometimes got frustrated when other people weren’t on task, so they tried to take charge.
