I know, personally, that I respond faster through text than over the phone or through email, so I feel some of our parents may feel the same way.

Is it acceptable to put "Counselor's Office" and not the building or room number, especially if the student is transitioning between DMS and DHS within the upcoming IEP year?

It would be better to put "Counselor's office" since you never know when a building will get flooded and we have to move! :P

Has FSDB decided on where we want to uniformally want to attach / upload evaluations? To Skyward or to PEER? Who would have access to these reports? I am concerned about confidentiality.

Would "Uploaded Files" be a good place for this? That is where we attach the TIEP PowerPoints. There is an "Evaluation" category in the drop down menu, so it seems like a good place for that.

Scott, please clarify. The answer I was given is we are all going to Skyward. If it goes in the student's cum file, it can go in Skyward. only teachers who teach them have access in Skyward.

If a student has difficulty with attention, and they have shared that it is harder when he/she doesn't have their medication, and you have documented the changes you notice. Shouldnt this go under other health information?

The student having the medicine would, but I wonder about the effects of not having the medicine because it does directly impact the students learning.
