Hi, everyone. I'm LaTasha Battle, and this is my 6th year teaching CIS 110. I have been at NCC since 2011. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, shopping, and napping (my personal favorite). I now have 2 children. Never a dull moment! My hope is that every student who starts this class will finish with flying colors in May. Please know that I am here to help. The key is to start assignments early, set aside time each week for your assignments and to ask questions when you have them. Again, welcome to the class!

I plan on transferring to Cape Fear Community in January to complete the dental portion of my degree. In my spare time I like to go to the beach, or tube on the lake. Hello, Misty Cockrell here:) I am in my last semester of the Associates in Arts program. I plan to transfer but not quite sure yet where. I want to go towards social work. I have always had a helping heart especially for children. In my spare time I love to go to the movies, the beach, or play cards around my kitchen table with my babies. I have 6 amazing children (one girl and five boys). My daughter is a senior this year so I will be heartbroken/proud all year. I will do my very best to stay on top of things this semester and look forward to getting started!

Hi, My name is Timothy Hanson. This is my first year at NCC. Im in the Associates in Art program. I will be transfering to North Carolina Welsyan next year after I complete my 2 year degree with NCC. Im excited about learning. My goals for the semester is to complete my assigments and recieve the highest grades on all course work. The degree program I finally chose was Medical Office Administration. However there are some lingering credits from a previous college those many years ago.
