So what about Dutch foreign fighters that will remain in Syria, similar to FF that went to Bosnia and remained there, do you believe that these people are still the responsibility of the NL? Should we actively persecute these FF to bring them back to NL to be able to prosecute them (involuntary return)? Or do we hand over the responsibility to the Syrian government?
