         <description><![CDATA[<div>Since Toddler's are graduated from the breastfed and formula, the children need to intake foods from the 5 food groups.<br><br>A two year olds diet should consists of-<br><br>3 ounces of whole grains. an  example of whole grains would that would be eating 1 slice of bread.<br><br>1 cup of vegetables. an example of vegetables toddlers should consume are soft, small carrots, broccoli, and peas.<br><br>1 cup of fruit. an example of fruit a toddler should be eating would be blueberries, strawberries, and kiwi.<br><br>2 cups of dairy. examples of dairy for children to consume would consist of string cheese, milk, yogurt.<br><br>2 ounces of meat &amp; beans (protein)- foods would consist of small pieces of fish, meat, and eggs. also cooked dry beans.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Depending on the food intaken by toddlers can affect the rest of their adult lives. A huge factor that affects kids throughout their life is obesity. If kids eat well and in good portion sizes then they will grow to be healthy; however, if they eat poorly in bad portion sizes, the chances of them being obese are increased. Building off of obesity can bring heart problems. Once again if children have good eating habits they will have a good heart more prone to cardiovascular diseases, and if bad then they will be more prone to diseases.</div>]]></description>
