I watched this video with a lot of empathy. In particular, it is memorable that the accessibility of programs and school classes should be high. Education should be given fairly to everyone and I don't think anyone should be discriminated against. Education is not about investing in students, but about nurturing talent for our society. Therefore, in addition to this opinion, the disadvantage of not being able to take classes for non-disabled people should be eliminated just because they divide schools or are disabled according to their grades. The first step toward this will be online classes. Therefore, edu tech will be an essential educational method in society now and in the future.

I learned more about the changes in education caused by COVID-19. I thought that face-to-face classes would not be possible due to COVID-19 and that the right to education would not be guaranteed for low-income people without electronic devices, but on the contrary, the explanation that access to education would be smooth was impressive.
In addition, it was good to explain the combination of the latest science technology and education such as VR. Education should also develop in line with the continuous development of science and technology. Because education is aimed at interacting with students, students should choose the most efficient and familiar way. At this time, if scientific development is not considered at all, it becomes an education that cannot be developed in the framework of the past. I think education should be tailored to society the fastest.

I think there are some problems with the world's educational methods now. Overheated competition, or marginalized people, shows this. It is very important to integrate programs and education to narrow the educational gap between people. In particular, I think it is necessary to actively utilize digital technology to activate EduTech. Through the COVID-19 incident, education using online technology has developed dramatically worldwide. Through this experience, we must find ways to develop education more effectively and reasonably.

As the mechanism of computer established, we come to have high-quality work and life. Before Coronavirus crisis in 2020~2021, it is relatively limited. However, as we enter the new era: so called 'new standard', it has become much more important. In the situation that social distancing campaign and Lock-down policies is executing to prevent the spread of respiratory virus, Combining education with IT technologies is a good way to make students keep their study. Also, implementing VR experiences to students in school in 21st century, they can have profound level of treating 4th industrial revolution's products. In this way, we can adapt to the rapid society with IT.

It was a so helpful presentation to see since you pointed out some really good trends of digital transformation in education. I especially liked the part that you mentioned about the cybersecurity. As a student who is actually using digital technologies to learn the materials, I also believe that 'cybersecurity' is really important. Most people are quite unaware that their IDs and passwords can be hacked much more easily than we usually think. With more advanced digital era, I believe the technology of protecting our personal information should also be developed accordingly.

Education is a subject that is changing frequently due to the surrounding environment. Due to Digital Transformation, Education programs and school education are changing to online platforms. By using Virtual reality, Cloud based learning students do not go out and meet one to one, but stay inside and talk to a monitor. I think this can cause severe health problems. Also, By giving out your personal information online, hacker could come in and swoop the information and abuse it to the hackers own good. I would absolutely love to participate in this debate and talk about digital transformation and education.

It seems that the percentage of Korean students' private education has increased through online education, and some people say it is difficult because of the weakening of concentration in school classes. It is accessbile for lots of people. And it's more accessible. So people who can't afford to learn quality education would able to recieve eucations. Futhermore, because it can be provided anytime anywhere if there are digital devices, it is effeicient educations so it can spread to many people. For these reasons, digital education can help providing education opportunity equally.

I believe that digital education does help providing equal education. Due to the development of digital education system, the accessibility of education has increased.

‘Regional disparity in education’ is a serious problem in Korea nowadays. Most big academies and schools are located at the capital of Korea, Seoul, and this makes the situation unfair for students who live in other cities. In Korea, students have to compete and take SAT to get in to colleges. Though this process is the same, the environment given varies severely due to where students are living. This forms a huge gap in education.

Many claims that the expansion of digital education can be the solution for this problem. For example, developments of online platform and websites allowed big academies in Seoul to provide online lectures for students who can’t take classes face to face. This satisfied many students who live in cities other than Seoul since they got the opportunity to take lectures with better quality. Also, it helped students communicate better with teachers of those lectures.

In addition, when academies were forced to stop their classes at the beginning of COVID-19, many students had a hard time catching up with studying. Therefore, some academies provided online-live-class to help students with their education.

The opponents might refute that digital devices aren’t available for all. However, the government of Korea is working on with this issue after the spread of COVID-19 by offering students digital devices and Wi-Fi service if they need them.

This shows that digital education help providing equal education to students.

One of the major shifts COVID-19 brought is obviously digital education. Students' lives have changed so much after online classes, and also teachers had to get used to this new type of education. Opinions vary as to whether digital education is beneficial to students or not. Some argue that the rate of private education increased after online classes, while others say that they found themselves consuming time more efficiently. In this conflicted situation, I'm glad that this video gave me both the answer and the solution for it.

In Korea, online classes were used until the middle of this year. I also think classes using electronic devices and online classes should be combined. However, I am worried about the problem of the gap between the rich and the poor. Some students can afford to have multiple electronic devices, including computers, pads, and phones, so they can get educational opportunities relatively easily, but I think this way of education will be difficult for students, families, or countries that do not. I hope there will be more government support.

I oppose to digitalization and digital education. This is because many problems arose as many things were converted to digital due to the COVID-19 era. First of all, devices are needed to obtain digital information, but due to the gap between the rich and the poor, there is inevitably an information gap in which people without digital devices cannot obtain information. In order to solve these problems, even if the government provides devices, it is difficult for the elderly to use them. When I go to a restaurant, there are kiosks, but I have seen many elderly people find it difficult to use. To be honest, when using digital devices in education, it is often less progressive than offline classes. So, honestly, I disagree with digitization and digital classes because I don't think digitization is very efficient.

Position: agreement

Opinion 1: Students with the most difficulty in learning should secure equal educational opportunities by becoming the subject of the latest software education.

Supporting idea 1: Among the disabled, visually impaired people have difficulty looking ahead. Thus they need special digital education which has voice support and a braille pad that makes the braille know the screen show. In the case of hearing-impaired people, they also need special digital education which supports the subtitle to tell the contents of the class. Through this special digital education, disabled people can reduce the learning gap. Furthermore, if any students whose bodies are convenient, they don't have to attend the school. They can study at home enough using digital education. For example, the disabled will be hard to participate in field-trip. For that matter, they can solve using virtual reality which is among digital devices and study lively.

In the case of students who are in low-income families, they cannot afford to take academies or private education. If government support the digital device, they can study efficiently by using one digital device. AI, in the digital education program, measures the learner's study level and organizes the curriculum based on their level. If the student takes the digital education, they can realize their education opportunity equally.

In case of the student from the developing countries, there are little electricity support and money. Moreover, they use a special foreign language, and some of them will take labor to earn money so they don't have time to go to school. If the government supports the digital device which applies special foreign language and can use in off-line, students can get education opportunities equally.

Opinion 2: In the Covid-19 era, as we substitute social distancing with digital education, we can take equal education opportunities safely.

Supporting idea 2: If students who are segregated from others because of COVID-19 take digital education, they can lessen the academic worry.

Therefore, not only the socially weak but also common people can get their education opportunities equally on their own.

Opinion 3: Digital education can also provide equal education opportunities to non-students such as old people, children who are due to go to school, and housewives who want to study.

Supporting idea 3: If they get the digital device from the government, they can take education every time and everywhere(today’s digital transformation is widely spread and affects daily life). Especially, housewives have a lot of works for their family, so they have less time to study something as they attend the academy. In this sense, if they take digital education, they can apply their time wisely and also get educational opportunities equally.

However, I am still concerned about some points. Digital transformation tends to make 'the existence of information' important. And when we consider the characteristic of 'information', it has a possibility to make a gap between the wealthy and the poor wider. Consequently, we have to find a way to solve the possible inequality issue to apply the digital transformation to the education field broadly.

Among the many changes due to COVID-19, the biggest change that our students feel is the change in education. I always went to school to take classes, but due to Corona, I went to school while taking classes online.
When we did the online class, our thoughts were different in many ways even in Korea. Online classes cost more for private tutoring, which is better because it saves time. There are many opinions, but I am grateful that this video provided some answers to the problem.

Digitalized education makes it easier for the underprivileged to access education. In addition, VR education provides students opportunities for various experiences. Cloud-based education allows students to collaborate online and many to access education. Big data allows to grasp students' abilities and provide personalized education. In order to digitalize education, electronic devices and programs must be distributed equally to all people, and offline education is also important for socialization, so online and offline education must be balanced.

With the advent of the digital era, access to digital has increased, but the question of "How do you use the Internet?" has created discrimination due to information differences.

Digital education requires digital devices to receive education. However, the penetration rate of electronic devices is remarkably low now. In other words, the quality of education may vary due to income differences. In fact, when the average monthly household income was more than 4 million won, the Internet usage rate was the highest at 96.5%, while those under 1 million won were the lowest at 45.1%. By educational background, high-educated people with college graduates or higher had the highest Internet utilization rate of 99.7%, and 72.4% were under elementary school graduates. In other words, the income gap created the digital gap.

In remote classes, a video showing a teacher's face is uploaded online, and if such data is leaked to the outside, it can be used for crimes. Recently, as an accomplice related to the "Nth Room (sexual exploitation video sharing room)" threatened a high school homeroom teacher's personal information as a public service worker through the victim's Blue House petition, concerns are growing among teachers.

I once believed that schools would become online, which can attend classes in home in the future. But it actually happened on 2019, by start of covid-19 pandemic. By this, students’ opportunity to learn gained, since we can simply attend in class by digital devices anywhere. However, there were disadvantages like threat of cybercrimes. Since pandemics will occur often in the near future, developments of online educations are important.

Last year, there was a typhoon raging onto Korea. So the school got a damage, and some teachers were not able to commute to school due to road closure. But online classes overcame the limit of geographic limit, which means increased accessibility. So, post-covid era, more online classes will be existed due to its flexibility.

On the thought of Cloud-based technology, it lengthens the place and time to study. For example, while in home, I can communicate with teacher, learn with her, or even counsel online.

With the advent of the digital age, the concept of “information universality” has spread, and many people take it for granted that information is equally provided to everyone. However, access to information is determined by individual social status, resulting in a gap between the rich and poor. This gap has had a great impact on society beyond technology. This situation could be seen in online classes started by Covid-19. Covid-19 has changed our daily lives in political, economic, and cultural fields in a short year. In particular, Covid-19 has had a huge impact on education. As the pandemic got worse, face-to-face teaching became more difficult, so the Ministry of Education reported on April 9 that the government will start online teaching for high school seniors and middle school seniors. However, a week before elementary, middle, and high school online classes started, 223,000 students in the globe didn’t have any of these four smart devices, including PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. (Song Ok-jin, 20, 4, 23) The Ministry of Education announced a plan to complete the loan of smart devices before school, but this figure does not include multi-child households, so it is impossible to guarantee access to them in a week. In other words, the quality of the class is changed by the communication equipment each person has. Low-income people with significantly low access to information to the media will continue to be highly dependent on other's words and therefore, they are exposed to inaccurate information. This creates information disparities in various areas in education and welfare in the future.

After the Industrial Revolution, the universality of information expanded, and the idea of everyone getting information from an equal standpoint spread widely. As a result, many people thought that they would get the same amount of information, but as the approach to information shifted to neoliberalism, the degree of acceptance of information changed depending on the individual's social status and invisible social status. This information gap widened over time, and polarization became serious as the gap gradually spread socially, culturally, economically, and internationally. I think a representative example is better in the actual situation of online classes due to COVID-19. As elementary, middle, and high school students took online classes at home, there were many differences in the degree of acceptance of information, which widened the gap in learning. I think that over time, problems will also appear in other parts of society. Therefore, we need to rephrase the concept of information universality and provide an opportunity for all students to receive substantially equal information, through which everyone can develop. From the standpoint of accepting diverse cultures internationally and respecting those cultures, we should try to obtain information based on the universality of information and thereby help the international community move forward together.

Digital transformation means "Utilizing data and technology to alter an organization's core business to better fulfill consumer demands". It has certain trends such as Improved access and accessibility, Virtual reality, Cloud-based learning oppotunities, incorporating the internet of things into the school environment, Cybersecurity, big data analytics.
I had a negative perception of VR. Because I've seen a lot of movies about people who are addicted to VR. However, listening to this announcement, I saw the possibility that VR could have an effective and positive influence in the education sector. You will be able to receive more experiential education through VR, and you will be interested in education by directly experiencing it visually and auditory.
I hope that the Internet of Things (IoT) will also be used well in the education sector. If a small but sufficient computer is embedded in the students' desks, and if the computer is connected to the teacher's computer, the utilization of the class can be increased.

As this is the information age, it has become very important to use it well in obtaining information. Throughout the industrial revolution, it became easier to obtain information and there were more things to use. Due to COVID-19, almost all schools have stopped going to school and replaced them with online classes. In this process, the importance of information has grown and the gap between the rich and the poor has widened. As a result, the quality of education of students is changing. While taking online classes, some friends were greatly influenced by the surrounding situation, and some had difficulty taking classes properly due to family problems. In addition, since real-time communication is more difficult than face-to-face classes, it is difficult to concentrate and it is not easy to ask questions that do not understand. The teachers also said that it was too difficult to teach because students' responses decreased in online classes. I hope we can make a better plan in Korea, where education is important.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, people are educated or communicated non-face-to-face, and this method is now taken for granted. Digital transformation has also expanded in the field of education, and many educational methods have emerged, such as education using virtual reality and cloud-based education. This change in education will now equalize educational opportunities for people around the world.

Digital transformation in the education world had a pretty big impact. Digital transformation has specific paradigms such as improved accessibility, virtual reality, and the Internet of Things. Digital transformation was proposed to solve this problem. I think vr has great potential among the proposals. I have been interested in vr for a long time, and I thought it would be well used in the field of education by experiencing classes that incorporate vr at school. The video also explains that vr is having a good influence on education, so I think it has potential and I hope it will be used well in the future.

First of all, I sincerely admired the speaker's ability and sincerity. Even though I started watching the video lightly, I quickly fell in love with the video. Thanks to him, I learned in detail about digital transformation trends and education. Before starting the main contents, the presenter divided the bodies into several trends. Almost everything was amazing and fresh. I will point out the trends introduced by the presenter and add a brief comment, and talk in detail about what was particularly impressive.
In terms of a first trend, improved access and accessibility, the opinion of the speaker was different from mine. I thought that the gap between students widened greatly due to the home environment and the willingness to study in an untact environment caused by COVID-19. However, the presenter argued that accessibility was improved because they could learn online regardless of distance. And he also suggested that students with disabilities could overcome the existing problem, but I had never thought about it. I felt some guilt about my narrow-minded thought and thanked the presenter for making me think about it.
At first, cloud-based learning operations were not familiar. However, after the speaker's explanation, I thought that Teams used in our school were also one of the cloud-based programs. As he explained, we took classes, did assignments, and collaborated through Teams. So I knew clearly what the cloud-based program was.
Virtual reality and Internet of Things are frequently mentioned technologies along with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, this was the first time I have encountered something combined with education, and it was quite fresh. When I heard that learning materials were more easily accessible, I thought of a human model in the science rom moving. It was somehow fun. I am looking forward to the future of learning through VR and IoT. I wish I could also experience it.
Cybersecurity must be given natural attention as the online area expands due to COVID-19. However, I become more interested in big data analytics than cybersecurity. I think cybersecurity is to prevent direct and clear actions to take and abuse my information. If so, I think using dig data analytics in a wrong way can be a secret movement to steal mine in the name of helping me. Of course, collecting big data will efficiently provide something more appropriate. To what extent, however, should the collection be allowed? Who should be the subject of permission? Which is more important, guaranteeing personal privacy that don't want to be collected or guaranteeing the interests of the group that needs to collect? There can be countless ethical issues following dig data. And discussions on them must be made. As the presenter said in the conclusion, education influenced by digital transformation will continue in the future, so it is up to us to set the right direction for it to continue. (But, what is "Right"?)
