This habit will eventually disturb our daily routine by consuming foods that does not needed accordingly and lead to various types of dangerous diseases such as kidney failure , obesity and heart attack. For instance, skipping breakfast will affect our mood as the blood sugar may start to drop hence feeling tired , having trouble concentrating , or feel dizzy and irritable. It may make you more prone to eat more or binge eating to satisfy the hunger that a person experienced. Consequently, unhealthy eating habit could occur if a person overeat or consuming too much of food without boundaries.</p><p>To summarize, binge eating or overeating indeed causes harm to our body whether physically or psychologically. Binge eating leaves a bad side effects such as emotional stress, unhealthy eating habit and also biological influence. The question is why does someone often turn to food when they are stressed out? The reason for this occurance is during a stressful event, the body releases cortisol, a hormone that helps the body protect itself. However, if cortisol levels are elevated for a prolonged period of time, such as during repeated and constant stressors, this can lead to increased food consumption, fat storage and weight gain. To deal with this occasion, we can prevent it from happening again like as the saying goes, prevention is better than cure. Hence, there are some examples to prevent this emotional stress like take a walk, watch a movie, listen to music or even play with your cat. These can take away your temptation from eating stressfully and preventing from binge eating. Ultimately, we can use these techniques to prevent binge eating which is one of the major cause to this eating disorder.</p><p><br></p><p>In a nutshell, emotional stress, unhealthy eating habits and biological influences are the prime factor of binge eating. Despite of having proper meal, they choose to eat unhealthy food at anytime for their meals. Moreover, with the aid of social media nowadays, there's a lot of unhealthy food that hits the highest rank on views and likes. For instance, they feel bored with the regular meal, so it contribute them to have unhealthy food for their meal. As we know, unhealthy food is not really filling unless it was taken in a large amount. As a result, it can bother our health. Therefore, it is proven that having unhealthy eating habits is one of the factor of binge eating that can be prevent by having proper and organised eating schedule.</p><p><br/></p><p>In conclusion, even food is the main source of energy for human, binge eating can lead to many consequences. If a person was exposed to emotional stress, unhealthy eating habits ang having biological influences, they may have binge eating. To protect their well-being, they should have organised eating schedule and set when they can eat unhealthy food.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>One of the prime factors that cause binge eating is emotional stress. As we navigate the chaos of life, our brain will produce a stress hormone called cartisol. According to scientific studies, this hormone can increase craving for high calorie foods that will lead to binge eating. For example, students in university usually rewarded themselves with foods after a hectic ang long day or after an important examination. Foods can serve as a mechanism to cope with stress that temporarily provide comfort by releasing happy hormone called depomine. As the result, person who struggle with emotional stress most likely to take large of amount of the foods.</p><p><br/></p><p>In a nutshell, binge eating is a mental illness that menifest as a behavioural disorder. All of the factors like emotional stress, unhealthy eating habits and biological influences can cause people to struggle with this issue.Thus,we need to spread the awareness about this issue and taking care of our mental health to prevent from binge eating disorder. </p>]]></description>

Emotional stress can be caused by excessive workload, studying until late night causing lack of sleep or women during their menstrual period. Binge eating is one way to human body to cop with stress as it will release dopamine hormon which infuence people to eat more and more. For example, in study week of university, student tend to eat to much snack, caffeine and fast food. Binge eating is likely the alternative way for student in spite of consuming drugs and alcoholic drinks in reducing stress level. Therefore, emotional stress is the great factor that can lead to binge eating. </p><p>In conclusion, we know that emotional stress, unhealthy eating habits and biological influence are the circumstance that bring on binge eating. It is a coping mechanism to emotional stress yet poor dietary choice such as excessive consumption of processes and highly calorie food. Additionally, hormonal imbalance play a significant role in shaping eating behaviors. In fact, we must promote healthier eating habits and recognize the biological aspects of the disorder, individuals can take steps toward recovery and improved well-being.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Body paragraph:</p><p>First of all, the control of ourselves to unhealthy food is a serious matter that can be led to binge eating. When this becomes our daily habit,the person attends to take a big portion of meal regularly even if they do not feel hungry.They also become addicted to sugary and fatty foods, which can be harmful to our body and mental health. As the illustration,we take processed foods as our daily meal,drinking too many sugary drinks and avoiding sky water plus take more than two maindish in a time! In physicality,this bad habit can make us unreceiving essential nutrients and become obesity. Other than that,this also can distract your mental health such as depression,low self-esteem, and eating disorders that we call binge eating. We can conclude that unhealthy eating habits are a truly big deal that we need to take care of, or else we will be stuck in this binge eating problems.</p><p><br/></p><p>Conclusion:</p><p><br/></p><p>To sum up, binge eating issues need to be avoided with bold care. All the factors that can be customised by ourselves. Preventing binge eating remains us to always control bad eating habits,reduce emotional pressure, and find out the solution to the biological connections.
