  This is exellent solution for peaople who want not only learn a language but also learn how to speak that language.
  This app works like some kind of social media. You are "forced" to talk with radom strangers.
  On the one hand this is a great way to learn language and making new friends, but on the other hand, it's a little bit stressful.

Second, 
"Practice English Grammar"

SYSTEM:

LEVEL:
Basic/Intermediate

  This is an application mainly for  grammar training, as its name suggests.
  It helps to remind the basic rules of grammar. Thanks to this app we also learn principles of sentencee construction.
  I also recommend newer version "Practice English Gramar 2".

Last, but not least,
"60 Second Word Challange"

Intermediate/Advance

  When you will be sure of yours skills, you can check them with this app.
  Here you can check the  yours vocabulary and knowledege abot idioms  ON TREE LEVELS OF DIFFICULTY.
