Sustainability means using resources without harming the ability of future generations to meet their needs by recycling, conserving water, as well as using renewable resources. Sustainability is about taking care of our environment and creating a healthy place for everybody.

Overall, sustainability is like a superhero for our planet! It helps reduce waste, conserve natural resources, and fight against climate change. By using sustainable practices, we can ensure that future generations have a clean and beautiful Earth to live on! 💚🪵

Sustainability is super important for our planet, and it can be divided into three main pillars: environmental, social, and economic sustainability. Each of these pillars plays a role in making our world stay healthy and fair for everyone.

1. Environmental Sustainability ♻️ Definition: Environmental sustainability means taking care of our planet so that nature can stay healthy. This involves protecting natural resources and ensuring that ecosystems can stay healthy for future generations. Example: One great way to support environmental sustainability is by planting trees. Trees help clean the air we breathe, and provide homes for wildlife. Another example is recycling by recycling materials like paper, plastic, and glass, we reduce waste and conserve resources, making the Earth a cleaner place to live.

2. Social Sustainability 👨‍👩‍👧 Definition: Social sustainability focuses on making sure that everyone has a good quality of life. It’s about making sure that all people have access to the resources they need . Example: Helping people in need is a big part of social sustainability. For instance, volunteering at a local food bank can make a real difference in someone’s life by providing them with meals. So, making sure that schools are available for all children is important. Education helps young people and let them build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

3. Economic Sustainability Definition: Economic sustainability means using money and resources wisely to support long-term growth. It’s about balancing what we earn and spend so that we can maintain a healthy economy without harming the environment or society. Example: An example of economic sustainability is starting a small business that focuses on eco-friendly products. This not only helps the economy by creating jobs but also encourages the use of sustainable materials, which is better for the planet. Another example is being mindful of how we use energy at home by turning off lights when we leave a room, so we can save money while also helping the environment.

2. Concrete and Stone – Concrete works well because it can stand up to the heat. Stone is also good because it is heavy and helps keep the heat out of buildings.

3. Metal (like Aluminum) – Aluminum is light and doesn’t rust, making it perfect for desert areas. It also reflects heat, so it doesn’t get too hot.

4. Reflective Glass – This glass can reflect sunlight and help keep buildings cool. It is used in windows and roofs to reduce how much heat comes inside.

These materials either protect buildings from the heat or help keep them cool by using the desert environment.

   Moza here wrote about how she will greet the audience and then introduce all team members by name. and in the end she has to explain the purpose of the project and so go on for each on of us.

   And for the second paper which we coudnt finish today because we were busy doing the first but that was ok because Miss Filsan said we will work on it on Thursday.

We had already finished the first big A3 paper, which covered the sustainable presentation worksheet we worked on Wednesday. The second paper was completed on this day. In the end, my absence didn’t stop me from leading my team, and I am grateful to my teammates for their hard work.
