My children were happy to listen to the story of their friends in the forest. They met the characters Titi, Ayu, Ceyo, Kapo and the newest friend of the forest, Koko. They cut out the characters and turned them into puppets and then played with them.

My students imagined what the forest could look like to make it as beautiful a house as possible for our characters and then they drew. I invite you to look at their works.

We met the heroes of our story and talked about what could be happening in this forest.I asked the children to observe the picture and guess what exactly is happening in this forest. The children immediately understood that the Κόκο upsets the animals of the forest with his behavior.

We introduced the story of Kiko and friends of the forest to the chidren. We asked them to question themselves over the title of the forest and the to observe whether the characters where trully friends. They commented the emotions of the characters depicted in their faces. Then we discussed over the reasons why they are feeling in such a way. We motivated the children also to think of their experiences like those of the characters. They had so much to recall and say about it. The children also gave greek names to the charachters - except of Kiko - so they can spell and get acquainted with them them more easily. Finally, we made

activities in language and drama-play.
