I could hear what the battle field may have sounded like as I was fully emerged in the book I was reading. Even if I was in the confines of my classroom it felt like I was really there. I could feel the emotions of the characters going into battle, and the few that came back. I was soon brought back to reality by the sound of the bell ringing. Even thought I didn't want to stop reading, i knew i could continue in my next class.

The kind voice of a mother said to her daughter. "Read the one with the pretty stars!" a much younger girl said. The mother soon brought out a pop-up book and turned off the lights. She read in a soothing voice that could easily make one fall asleep but not the daughter, she was to invested in the contents of the book. She was imaging the stars in the sky, looking up at the glowing stickers on her ceiling. "Mom, when I grow up I want to go to see the pretty stars." the young girl said slowly drifting off to sleep.
