1. Personal prejudices can negatively affect the justice system due to false presumptions of facts based on biased opinions and exposure.
2. The popular opinion is not always the fair/correct reasoning. Also, if one does not stand by their true feelings, the view of a whole group is not truly expressed.
3. Both Creon and Juror #3 are stubborn, close-minded, and believe that what they think is correct.
Both Antigone/Haimon and Juror #8 stood by their opinions and went against the majority. Additionally, they based their reasoning of moral standards and used no previous biases in making their statements.

1. Your personal perspective makes you have a preconceived idea on the situation.
2. If you have a different opinion you need to speak up, and make sure you are heard. It is also important for people to hear both sides of the story or evidence for someone's opinion.
3.
a.) Both Creon and Juror #3 have made their decisions based off personal experiences, and are easily angered.
b.) Both Antigone and juror #8 want to do what they believe is right and get justice. They both don't care if they stand alone and will fight for what they believe in.

Bias, personal perspective and selfishness can negatively affect how someone perceives justice because they clouds the person's judgment. Instead of making their decision based off of facts and evidence, they are making it based off of their own opinions and bias. Juror #10 made his decision based off of the fact that the boy lived in "the slums," which proved nothing about the case, or what actually happened.

Justice can sometimes require people to go against the group, especially when others are biased, or not committed. Juror #8 had a very strong instinct that the boy didn't commit the crime, and he wanted to look into the situation before making his decision. It took a lot of courage on his part to not be swayed by the other men, especially when they were ridiculing and criticizing him.

Creon and Juror #3 share a lot of character traits, such as being quick-tempered, and stubborn. They both had their own opinions, and believed it was their way or the highway. If someone didn't think that was right, they quickly got agitated and started to raise their voice, demanding respect and obedience. Antigone, Haimon, and Juror #8 are also alike because they are unafraid to stand up for their beliefs, and aren't swayed by other people's opinions. They are all very intellectual characters, and know how to approach others while maintaining dignity and respect.

1. With juror 3, his own relationship with his son effects his vote greatly, juror 7 is selfish and just wants to get out of there ASAP and lastly juror 10 is closed minded and opinionated.
2. Juror 8 stood up for what he believed in and votes not guilty the first time. Without him the boy probably would not have stood a chance.
3. Like Creon, juror 3 is very stubborn and frankly pretty angry. Creon is also very stubborn and in the end, both characters eventually see their faults, but at their own expense. Antigone, Haimen are like juror 8 because they stand up to the others and speak what they believe to be right.

1. Bias, personal perspective, and selfishness all go hand in hand when perceiving justice. Juror number 3 had a personal perspective with the experience of his son and he claimed guilty until he finally cracked at the end and started crying. Juror 7 was being selfish and just wanted to leave because he had baseball tickets "burning a hole in his pocket." He was being speedy and just wanted to convince everyone that guilty was the answer or not guilty so he could leave. and Juror 7 was downright rude with his bias and stuck to what he believed, he wasn't afraid to yell at others to get his way.

2. Justice may require others to stand up with what they believe in. Although all of the other jurors were appalled to find juror 8 claiming not guilty, he stuck to his gut. Juror 8 went against the others enough to prove his opinion and got the others to eventually claim the boy as not guilty.

3. Creon and juror 3 were very alike in being hot headed and quick to assume. Antigone/Haimon and juror 8 are alike because they believed in their opinion and they were going to stand up against a bigger power and fight for what they thought was just.
