At CappyFresh NoStress, our success is powered by a dedicated team of talented individuals working together to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Leading the business is Chang Xiu Qin, our founder, supported by Agnes Ngang Xin Yun, the executive assistant. Financial management is handled by Angela Law Xiu Yi, the finance & accounting manager, while Nursyahirah binti Zaini, our marketing and advertising manager, oversees promotional activities. Our purchasing operations are efficiently managed by Michelle Dalia anak Martin, the purchasing manager, along with Marcus Chin Jin Han, the purchasing executive. This well-structured team ensures clear communication, effective decision-making, and the continuous growth of our business.

At the start, we discussed what we wanted to sell. After market research, we decided to sell capybara-themed products because they are trendy right now. We believed these products would appeal to a wide audience, especially young people who enjoy cute and unique items. There were six members in our group, each with roles like designing, production, marketing, customer service, and financial management. I was in charge of the financial and accounting aspects of our business, which taught me the importance of tracking expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role enhanced my attention to detail and gave me valuable insights into financial management, skills that I can use in future projects.

Even though we didn’t sell anything in the first few weeks, we didn’t give up. We looked at what wasn’t working, improved how we presented our products, and used social media to reach more people. Little by little, our hard work started to pay off, and we made a profit before the semester ended.

This experience taught me how to sell products, manage my time, and communicate better with my team. I also learned how important it is to stay flexible and positive when things don’t go as planned. In the end, this was a great learning experience, and I feel proud of what we achieved. This project brought our team closer together and gave me more confidence to handle new challenges.

Throughout this experience, each of us played a unique and essential role. Whether it was managing finances, marketing our products, handling purchases, or ensuring smooth daily operations, everyone worked tirelessly to make the business a success. The strong bond and effective collaboration within our team were key elements in helping us navigate this journey. Before starting the business, I was filled with worries and doubts. I feared that no one would buy our products, especially since our capybara-themed items seemed more suited for girls. I couldn’t help but think we might face losses. However, all my worries melted away when we managed to sell all our products during the Karnival. It was such an incredible feeling to see people appreciate our efforts and enjoy our products. I’m truly thankful for the organizers of the Karnival, as the event provided us with the perfect platform to showcase and sell our stock.

Selling online, however, was a bit more challenging. We struggled to find customers, which at times was discouraging. But this taught us the importance of understanding our target audience and improving our marketing strategies. Despite the difficulties, I learned a lot about perseverance and the need to adapt in a business environment.

Overall, this experience has been unforgettable. It wasn’t just about selling capybara-themed products; it was about stepping out of my comfort zone, learning teamwork, and gaining real-world business skills. I am so grateful for every part of this journey, and I look forward to applying what I’ve learned in future endeavors.

At the start of our business, I initially believed that the process would be simple. However, as we began operations, I quickly realized that the road ahead would not be as smooth as expected. For the first five weeks, we faced challenges in attracting customers. Despite this, we held on to hope and continued promoting our products through Instagram and WhatsApp groups. Our persistence eventually paid off when we secured our first customer interested in purchasing a tote bag. That moment felt like a turning point – a glimmer of hope that encouraged us to keep pushing forward.

This business venture has taught me invaluable lessons, compelling me to step out of my comfort zone. I have gained insights into managing a business, engaging with diverse individuals, identifying challenges, and developing solutions. I have come to appreciate the importance of communication, as our group often collaborated to address issues and find resolutions.

Last but not least, this course has provided me with a glimpse into the realities of running a business, even on a small scale. It has reinforced the idea that stepping beyond our comfort zones is essential for growth. Without trying something new, we may never discover the potential impact it could have on our lives.

Though we had some initial disagreements, we quickly decided on selling capybara-themed items, which turned out to be a unique and fun idea. Working together, we managed to sell all our products by the end of the semester.

Reaching our target was harder than expected. There were moments of doubt, especially when we struggled to get others to notice and support our product. Some of our friends didn’t show interest, and it made me realize how tough it is to promote and get a product recognized.

Over time, I became more confident in promoting the products. I learned that entrepreneurship involves persistence, creativity, and adapting to challenges. It’s not just about having a great product, it's about reaching the right people.

I want to thank Miss Azuriaty for her guidance throughout the semester, especially with the challenges of online learning. I'm also grateful to my teammates for their hard work and teamwork.

This project taught me important lessons about entrepreneurship and marketing. While it was challenging, it was also a rewarding and fun experience. I look forward to applying these lessons in future projects.

On November 14, we created a thank-you poster to show our appreciation to customers who bought our products and posted them on Instagram, making sure we express our gratitude for their support.

The UNIMASpreneur Carnival held on December 13th and 14th at Level LG (BHEPA) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our booth, C55, will offer face-to-face sales. All transactions are recorded, with most being completed through QR payments. We are pleased to report that nearly all of our products have sold out, reflecting the strong demand and positive response from the crowd.
