    • This is an example of discrimination because they are telling people that they can not rent a house because of their language or disability.

    Yes probably. At work I have to ask all of these questions about  membership and I find it difficult when I can not understand the person. I just started not asking anyone the membership questions. 
    1. Is judging someone based on his or her accent or speech pattern different from judging that person based on his or her appearance? 
    No because you are judging them based on something artificial either way.

    An example is in France the locals judge Americans when they notice that the American is trying to speak French
