This law apparently means that if one person breaks a law their whole immediate family can also join that person. Citizens can't hear foreign radios.          <title>Dictator vs Representative Democracy</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A dictatorship only has one ruler with all the power. A Representative Democracy has one ruler but has a political party that keeps them in check. A dictatorship doesn't give much freedom to its citizens. A Representative Democracy like the USA is giving freedom to its citizens. These two forms of governments are really different.  </div>]]></description>
