For one reason, I am more aware of the vast of different apps I can use with my students to enhance their learning. I am also aware of how to create content and be able to solve technical problems that can occur when delivering classes online.

Yes, I regularly reflect on my teaching practice and digital competencies to identify areas where I need to improve as part of my professional growth. For that reason, I have subscribed to educational websites and communities to get support from my colleagues. Something I need to strengthen is my passwords. I think I need to change most of my passwords and make them stronger to avoid being hacked.

Since starting this training, I've self-reflected in the state of my digital competencies. I can say with confidence that I've become a better teacher by using technolgies feeling more confident of the positive outcomes. Having said that, I can also see how I still have a long way to go regarding safety online. I usually err on the side of comfort over safety and I am working on becoming better at keeping my information, files and equipment safe. I also still feel I don't fully know how to manipulate and edit videos properly, but I am on the way to get better at it.

We can become complacent when using a tool that is working for us, without finding out that there might be better options for our classrooms. I can improve the range of tools by always being curious and sharing information with other teachers, looking up for webinars and information on line.
