         <description><![CDATA[<p>United States:</p><p>People have the right to be secure in their house, person,  and papers. They have the right against unreasonable searches.</p><p>If a crime was committed, the trial should be  held in the state the crime was committed. If a crime wasn't committed in a state, then the  trial will be held where the congress has directed.</p><p>Nicaragua:</p><p>Nicaragua doesn't have the penalty</p><p>All individuals are equal over law</p><p>If you're in court you will get a interpreter, if needed, without having to pay.</p><p>No torturing.</p><p>Both:</p><p>Doesn't matter what gender you are, you have the right to vote.</p><p>Both have to go to the jury in order to establish a crime.</p><p>There is no slavery in either country.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>United States:</p><p>*Shorter constitution*</p><p>People can't be searched without an Oath or proof.</p><p>No one can be deprived of life, liberty, and property without fair application of the law.</p><p>Italy:</p><p>*Longer constitution*</p><p>People can't be searched unless the law allows it.</p><p>Everyone pays taxes depending on how much they can afford to pay.</p><p>Everyone must work to contribute to society.</p><p>Voluntary military service must not interfere with one's normal job.</p><p>Citizens have more (written) rights during trial.</p><p>There are several similarities between the two:&nbsp;</p><p>They both state that one can't be punished without going to a fair trial before hand.</p><p>Both state that all people are equal.&nbsp;</p><p>Personal privacy and security is a right.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>United States VS Fiji</p><p>Fiji has more personal right than the US.</p><p>Example:In Fiji's constitution it states that all children have the right to an early education, but America's constitution doesn't.</p><p>Both Fiji and America have similar rights about equality.</p><p>Example: Both constitutions say that people should be treated fairly regardless of their skin color.</p><p>Conclusion: Both counteries are very similar and have many of the same basic rights, but their constitutions vary because of circumstances like how natives were being treated.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>United States v.s. Vietnam</p><p>United States: Citizens need to respect and obey the local, federal, and state laws.  Citizens must serve when the jury called them. Citizens have the right to bear arms. Citizens are born with the same rights and privileges.  Citizens have the right to speedy trials, and they have the right to know why they are in jail.</p><p>Vietnam: All men need to join the military. Citizens must follow the rules and laws, they can't do anything. Citizens must do duties for the State, in order for the State to guarantees rights. Everyone have the right to carry out scientific research. There are over 100 articles in the Constitutions.</p><p>Both: All citizens need to pay their taxes on time. Citizens have voting rights, religion freedom, freedom of speech, opinion, and even equal rights. Both need to support and defend their Constitutions. Citizens are protected from unreasonable search. Citizens can own property and individuals have the right to protect their creative works. Both men and women have equal rights. Citizens have the rights to education, housing, food, and health. </p>]]></description>

Mexico </p><p>Both countries and their citizens' right to vote should not be compromised due to the color of their skin.</p><p>Another thing is that both countries and their citizens have a right to a speedy and public trial. </p><p>Third, both countries have equality,  nothing shall be denied just because of your skin color, race, and your gender.</p><p>One different thing about both of these countries is that Mexico and the citizens have a right to a decent and useful job. But, the U.S has nothing on their constitution about a good job.</p><p>Another difference is that the U.S has nothing about the duty to serve in the military. While, Mexico, this service to serve in the military may be mandatory. And shall be professionally paid provided by their constitution and any applicable laws.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>United States: Economy can be on different negotiations with different countries from presidential powers. Has a lot of state laws that can be different from federal laws.</p><p>Vietnam: Is an independent sovereign. The Vietnamese Fatherland is sacred and inviolable. The country is has only one set of rules that all (even if you are in the North or South) must follow. They have an independent economy promote and provide resources.</p><p>Both: Citizens have the freedom of speech, press, and opinion. Both also have different branches with different tasks. </p>]]></description>
