People have the right to be secure in their house, person, and papers. They have the right against unreasonable searches.

If a crime was committed, the trial should be held in the state the crime was committed. If a crime wasn't committed in a state, then the trial will be held where the congress has directed.

Citizens are born with the same rights and privileges. Citizens have the right to speedy trials, and they have the right to know why they are in jail.

Vietnam: All men need to join the military. Citizens must follow the rules and laws, they can't do anything. Citizens must do duties for the State, in order for the State to guarantees rights. Everyone have the right to carry out scientific research. There are over 100 articles in the Constitutions.

Both: All citizens need to pay their taxes on time. Citizens have voting rights, religion freedom, freedom of speech, opinion, and even equal rights. Both need to support and defend their Constitutions. Citizens are protected from unreasonable search. Citizens can own property and individuals have the right to protect their creative works. Both men and women have equal rights. Citizens have the rights to education, housing, food, and health.

United States:

-Must cover the costs of taxes for certain household items

-Provides public paid costs of education up to grade 12

-Allows no private property to be held for public use

Costa Rica:

-Provides one medical protection for a parent/guardian

-Can inherit medical protection from parents

--Demanded that citizens contribute with public expenses

Similarities:

- Do not have required law to work unless job is meaningful to one

- No law demanding for one to serve in the military

-One cannot be averted from property until proven one owns the posession

Both countries and their citizens' right to vote should not be compromised due to the color of their skin.

Another thing is that both countries and their citizens have a right to a speedy and public trial.

Third, both countries have equality, nothing shall be denied just because of your skin color, race, and your gender.

One different thing about both of these countries is that Mexico and the citizens have a right to a decent and useful job. But, the U.S has nothing on their constitution about a good job.

Another difference is that the U.S has nothing about the duty to serve in the military. While, Mexico, this service to serve in the military may be mandatory. And shall be professionally paid provided by their constitution and any applicable laws.

Vietnam:Civilians must serve to protect their father and serving in the military is a sacred duty.

Both:Everyone is equal no matter the religion, Gender, and race and will have the rights to speak their opinion.
