         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Guess the animal!&nbsp;<br><br></strong>This activity requires the childrens abiltiy to listen carefully and to remember the vocabulary learned in previous lessons. A picture of the animals from the book will be placed on the blackboard. The teacher will describe a tail by colour, shape, pattern and the adjectives featured in the book. The students have to raise their hands and guess the animal.&nbsp;<br>Following, the teacher will ask other students to each describe a different animal by its tail.&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Pin the tail! <br><br></strong>The teacher puts a big paper skunk on the blackboard. The children will be separated into four groups. Every group should choose one player, who will be blindfolded and has got 20 seconds to put the tail on the correct spot (marked with a red circle). Since the player can not see, the team-members have to instruct him/her by using the words "up, down, left, right, stop". After 20 seconds the player has to leave the tail at the current spot. This will be replayed by the other groups. The group whose tail is closest to the red circle wins.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Die Lehrkraft zeigt wieder auf eine Vokabel und spricht das richtige Wort laut vor. Die Kinder sprechen nach. So geht es immer weiter bis die Lehrkraft auf ein Bild zeigt aber ein anderes Wort benennt. Hier dürfen die Kinder nicht mehr nachsprechen und die Lehrkraft gibt die Ansage „Only repeat, if it‘s true.“. Wenn kein(e) Schüler*in es wiederholt wird der Lehrkraft eines ihrer 5 Leben abgezogen und andersherum den Schüler*innen. Bei 0 Leben endet das Spiel.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Alle Schüler*innen stehen im Kreis. Zwei Kinder beginnen direkt nebeneinander. Wer zuerst die Bildkarte errät, rutsch eine Person im Kreis weiter und stellt sich vor diese. Dieses Paar hat dann das nächste 1:1 Duell. Der Gewinner rutscht dann wieder einen Platz weiter und stellt sich vor die nächste Person im Kreis. Ziel ist es, so weit wie möglich im Kreis voranzukommen (komplett durch den Kreis / around the world würde bedeuten, dass ein(e) Schüler*in einmal gegen alle anderen Kinder gewinnt).</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>new vocabulary:<br><br>tail, furry, shiny, rainbow-hued, spiny, tails stand up, tails drag, tails frisky, fluffly, stringy, scaled tails strong, clingy, long, stumpy&nbsp;<br><br>Introduction:<br><br>How tails can be!<br><br>At the beginning the children form a seating circle.<br>The teacher has a bag with many different types of tailes inside.&nbsp;<br>The teacher takes the first tail out of the bag and starts to say:<br><br>A tail can be.......(the word, for example furry=pelzig).<br><br>The teacher puts the tail in the middle of the circle and adds a wordcard with furry down below it.<br><br>The teacher and the children now repeat the sentece:<br>A tail can be furry.<br><br>Afterwards the bag will be given to another pupil to put another tail out. When the tail is outside, the teacher spells the adjctive out loudly (shiny, a tail can be shiny) and puts the card with the vocabulary in the middle, the the child adds the tail.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;Development&nbsp;</div><div>Now we have all the tails with the appropriate adjectives in the middle of the circle.<br>All persons stay in the circle, because now a "feel-bag" is given around and everybody can feel and guess a tail.<br>The adjectives in the middle helps out, if somebody doesnt know. Pupils are also allowed to take the tail out and look at it, if feeling alone is not enough</div>]]></description>
