Do you think about a guideline that has to be followed or simply a way to act? For many years I have seen the concept of ethics and how to use it every day. Ethics a core base of beliefs and values that are used to make decisions and apply to others. I have seen for many years that becoming an ethical leader takes more than you imagine. As an ethical leader, one must respect the beliefs and rights of others. By doing so there will be a connection of respect, trust, and fair treatment. As an ethical leader, one must go beyond the limits of being a good person. They have to be the example to others and enforce guidelines along with holding accountability when needed.
