         <description><![CDATA[<div>Challenges faced:<br>STUDENTS PERSPECTIVE<br>- No response from the students<br>- Lack of ability to express themselves in their Mother Tongue language<br>- Different learning styles (Some take longer time therefore they will end up not sharing)<br>- Different personality (More vocal ones will tend to speak up more)<br>- Lack of interest in the topic/subject<br>- Lack of background knowledge in the topic/subject<br>TEACHERS PERSPECTIVE<br>- Our ability as a teacher to probe more focused answer from them (Teacher's skills to break down questions according to different abilities of students) &lt;Scaffolding&gt;<br>- Our ability as a teacher not to side track from our main objective <br>- Waiting time is too long and we may not be able to finish our syllabus in time</div>]]></description>
