         <description><![CDATA[<p>As Chapter President I tried to sit with different attendees and followed up with new faces after each event. I kept a tracking spreadsheet to see who attended the most events which I discussed with our CEC. At our final event, I approached those people and told them I recognized and appreciated their participation and told them I would love to have them on the CEC if they would be interested. I then followed up a few weeks later.</p><p><br/></p><p>We also discussed as a CEC who had been interested in the past and who may be a good fit for each position.</p>]]></description>

So far this has been successful and has allowed our chapter to evolve.  We network with our fellow coworkers and share what our chapter is about. </p>]]></description>
