Mike Small’s previous position as CEO of Americas with the Sitel Group focused on the nearshore and offshore BPO industry, and he delivered business growth pathways across diverse sectors. As chief revenue officer with VXI Global Solutions and Symbio, he drove strong regional growth across the Philippines, China, and North America. From 2008 to 2013, he engaged as director of BPO services with Hewlett-Packard and developed and implemented back office outsourcing strategies that encompassed cards and payments, finance and administration, and client contact center operations.

Giving back to the community is a central facet of Mike Small’s identity and he has served on the board of the Expect Miracles Foundation since 2021. His focus as a “Miracle Maker” is on raising critical funds in support of cancer research. He has also served on the board of Skills for Change, which promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace. He is a supporting executive of One Ten, which provides African-American talent with professional opportunities.
