People have moved to CR2 to support start up of production, they have embraced the challenge and demonstrated teamwork. All departments have worked together to support startup and ensure that manufacturing is supported, cross site effort.  
New hires are now on board, working with appointed buddy and doing training
Notice of site shutdown was appreciated early in the year, Libre group appreciate that it is balanced across the site


Gaps 
Covid-19 regulations affecting plans, still seeing an impact of restricted movements/isolation
There will be an increased pressure on existing staff until CR1 and CR2 are both fully resourced.
Query on whether July site shutdown will be permanent, is it required for all groups - e.g. support staff and BGM
Canteen seating availability as shift headcount increases - is this being assessed
