         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Appreciate diversity among us all, cross-cultural, different family background, e.g. Art can represent all these.<br>2) Being inclusive and leaving no one behind.<br>3) We started having each dept taking NE events and it was helpful in bringing NE into classrooms. Students felt greater impact through their Subject teachers bringing NE to their levels.<br>4) We should capitalise on 'Teachable Moments' which we can talk to our students and guide them appropriately.<br>5) Teachers should be more open and be careful about the messaging that get across to our students. We need to guide our students carefully towards the Singapore Spirit and work towards unity.&nbsp;<br>6) With global events and influence of social media, we need to keep ourselves updated.&nbsp;<br>7) We need to build the sense of resilience in our students and the sense of awareness and be adaptable.</div>]]></description>
