         <description><![CDATA[<div>How can we get quicker transfer of new understanding/research in universities (e.g. on ecopedagogy) to classrooms - there is such a huge (frustrating!) lag time (mostly!). Are universities involved in designing subject specifications in schools (SQA are currently consulting on the design of courses). Subject associations e.g. Scottish Association of Geography Teachers' newsletters? </div>]]></description>
