I appreciate this because I think that sometimes rather than trying to explain something in an abstract way it can be good to just give multiple examples in order to teach. I think that the passage really gives many examples that relate to the topic and I feel like the summary at the end connects them all together.

It also uses a consistent deep blue color scheme showing royalty and wealth. Finally the model is staring directly into the camera to show assertiveness.

This add uses Ethos, Pathos, and Logos. It uses Ethos (Credibility) bu showing a strong man with good skin to show that with this product you can also have good skin. It uses Pathos (Emotion) with the phrase, "Smell Like A Man, Man." since it preys on an emotional insecurity of not being "manly". This ad lacks the use of Logos (Logic).

This ad uses pathos to make the reader feel how much nature losses. It uses a bright yellow font to bring attention. The words are also all capitalized even though it is a longer saying as the whole thing is important.

It uses imagery to show that when you are in a community that isn’t able to get all of the resources it needs it feels like the days are long and you are just in a constant loop but that there is also a dream that everyone looks towards.

I feel that this passage of Desdemona on line 185 really shows how she feels that she owes the men around her and that even though they treat her badly they are being fair. It also shows how she is very adapted to pleasing people around her as she speaks clearly and makes sure not to offend anyone. This shows the restraint that woman at that time had to have in order to be safe and survive.

I think one of the most important events within all of these acts is the way in which Othello reacts and realizes the harm he has done to his wife. He clearly feels regret by the way that he does not resist the punishment that he knows will come to him. I think that this says a lot about manhood and honor as well and how sometimes someone can be so caught up in trying to act tough and defend themselves that they don’t realize the harm they’ve done until after they’ve done it.

In act 2 lines 280 through 305 I feel that it truly summarizes the way in which Iago plans to hurt Othello. He talks about how he will “put the Moor into a jealousy so strong that judgment cannot cure.” A key part of this play is that Iago is able to convince people of whatever he wants and we see even though it is so difficult to do so with Othello he still accomplishes his goal. I think that this act is really trying to show how some people will have a goal that is so intense that they will hurt anyone to achieve that goal, even if the goal is just based off of jealousy.

The ending of the play was not surprising but more realistic to what could happen. It shows Iago’s true nature and it almost seems like Iago is content with the outcome. We saw throughout the play that Iago would sacrifice almost anything for the outcome he desired but it was surprising to see that he would even sacrifice himself. Some people may see this as irony since he brought what he wanted for Othello upon himself but I think that Iago doesn’t mind this outcome. It seems that Iago is so caught up with his own goals that he will let even himself die which gives a lot of context to him as a character.
