Like one fam has the blue shirts, one has the red, one has green, etc. Each fam would be associated with that color/shirt throughout the year and there could even be a contest for points to see which fam buys more. I think it would be cool because it would encourage people to buy it and also help PHAM in terms of getting people more attached/connected to their fam.

  1. Membership fee - $15 and they get a "free" shirt that they have to wear to all PCH volunteer events

  2. One big all fam crossover event (like a field day or squid games or something) where theres a $20 participation fee because they'll get a "free" shirt and free food.
