Famine: A famine is described as the most serious kind of hunger disaster, this type of hunger is very rare but when it happen that means that they reached the maximum of food shortage in this country, and several people are dying every day from hunger.

It is caused by many factors like war and natural disasters.

Food insecurity: It's when people don't have enough to eat and don't know where they will find their next meal. This may be due to unavailability of food and lack of resources to get food. Which can lead to an increase in food poverty.

Malnutrition: Malnutrition is an imbalance between the nutrients your body needs and the nutrients it gets. It can mean undernutrition and overnutrition. You can be sick from the lack of calories. It relates to hunger by if someone who doesn't get enough food often experiences hunger. If you do this over and over it will lead to malnutrition. More than 25 million kids under five suffer from malnutrition. That means these 25million cant get enough nutrients to build their body.

People in hunger have physical and mental health problems because they don't eat a lot of nutritious food so this leads to weight loss, being more skinny and they lose a lot of calories. And that has a big impact on the human health and this causes a lot of diseases and health problems. Hunger weakens bones, muscles and skin. And may leads to death and disabilities for both adults and children

First I didn't know the meaning of poverty and hunger I thought that poverty and hunger is a normal thing but now I understood how challenging their life is. And now people living in hunger don't eat a lot of nutritious food and they eat food from the ground the food may be poisoned and they will die from the poison and they drink water from the Nile and that maybe polluted. People in poverty don't have the essentials for a normal living so that leads for them to die from no shelter, money, clothes, water, and food.

1- I thought that poverty is the people who are poor but can buy food water but now I know that poverty is the poor people who can't afford the essential resources like food, water and shelter.

2- I thought that hunger is when people are hungry normally but I found out that hunger is that when people skip meals because of the poor conditions they live in so this leads to severe hunger and medical issues.

3- I thought that poverty line is a level of extreme poverty

but I found out that its an amount that is different from one country to the other. For example, 1045$ and if someone has less than this amount of money he is considered poor.

70% from the Chinese government suffered from the great chinese famine but china fighted this issue and used its people to create lots and lots of jobs for everyone. China made a nutritious lunch project for preschool age children to be sure that they eat healthy food to help them learn well and a high percentage of these food come from local smallholder farmers. This process helps the children eat and learn well and the farmers will get incomes to help their families plus improving the agriculture in china. This country lifted out 800 million chinese from poverty and hunger from 1978-2020. One of the most important things in China is agriculture science and trying to plant most of its lands. We need to learn how these people did this crucial progress.
