I learn about craft activities for children. Craft activity is paramount for developing children. Through a craft activity, children can learn about a new skill and develop their SPICE.

For this unit I have learned craft activities provide experientes aimed to imagination, understanding, fun. In addition to building important knowledge that provides the HOLISTIC development of children. Also the rule of low health and safety at work Act 1974 say children safety is paramount.

I will consider before I throw different waste away.

In this unit I have learnt that craft activities encourage children in developing their senses. By respecting their choices and ideas ,boost their confidence and self-esteem and also their literacy and numeracy skills. Their work is unique and diverse. I have also learnt the importance of keeping them safe as EFYS2021 and Health and Safety act at work 1974 instruct. As an early practioners we also have to remember how to plan time for the activities and keeping mind the level of concentration of a child is equal to his age.
