         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Chemistry and Physics (In-person)<br>2. We had an in-class discussion to give students the opportunity to develop a procedure for an experiment measuring the motion of a bowling ball. Students were really engaged in the discussion and did a great job of working together to collect data on the football field (via social distancing).<br>3. Trying to find the balance between holding students accountable for their learning while also being understanding of their socioemotional needs during the pandemic. Also, figuring out the logistics of the hybrid model have been overwhelming in some ways.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. ELD (in-person and remote)<br>2. We've had a lot of laughs because things are a little more laid back in remote class. It has been hard for my students who are at-risk already to do all of this remote so I try to keep it upbeat and flexible.<br>3. My biggest challenge is just getting students to show up. My kiddos are a small at-risk subset of an already at-risk subset so remote/hybrid learning is just that much harder. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Theatre 1/Tech Theatre/Film Studies hybrid<br>2. Lots of great experiences, building relationships with students, parents and community! I have put respect for students' identities first and foremost in my class, and hearing from students that they now feel safe to take risks (HUGE in performance classes like theatre!) has been amazing!<br>3. How to juggle this hybrid model with student-centered achievement, particularly how to make engaging asynchronous remote assignments in a class that's so heavy on performance.</div>]]></description>
