He begins by saying that he doesn't want to live anymore. Towards the end he realizes that he deserves to live. In the song he says " I just wanna die" but then towards the end he says " I don't want to die today." Its not exactly appropriate, so I wont add a link. But in this song its a phone call where someone wants to kill themselves. The person on the other side tries to prevent it but at the end... he fails. This shows how suicide can't always be prevented but you can try.
